Kevin Love Reportedly Withdraws from Team USA in the FIBA Tournament this Year

According to Team USA chairman Jerry Colangelo, Kevin Love has withdrawn from the Team USA Basketball roster because of the uncertainty of his status as a professional basketball player. Team USA announced his decision last Saturday. Over the past two months, Kevin Love has been engaged in trade rumors that could send him to other NBA teams next season. The rumors has intensified since LeBron James signed with his former team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, leading to the speculation that both of them could play together in one team. Love's current team, the Minnesota Tmberwolves, are trying to trade him to the Cleveland Cavaliers for 2014 # overall pick Andrew Wiggins, 2013 #1 overall pick Anthony Bennett, and 2012 #4 overall  pick Dion Waiters due to his inability to stay healthy for a span of 82 games in one season. Love has been a longtime member of Team USA, winning gold medals at the 2010 world championship and 2012 Olympics.
